Underground
This game was entirelly developed by me for the Brackeys Game Jam 2023.2.
The theme is diving deeper, if you can't see the relation between the game and the theme, imagine you are in a cave and you go deeper and deeper and keep discovering new world underground. That's the ideia, you're "diving deep" in a cave, finding worlds in your way.

The music and visuals really hits you! I felt as if I was an explorer of a dangerous but beautiful world. Any tips on how I could make my artwork more vivid and rich (even if just slightly)?

About the tips, I don't really know, but I will try to explain what I do.
The sprites weren't made by me, but the work of incorporating them together was up to me, and the thing, I guess, is just try to make things flow.
And always give feedback of what is happening, I like to give an example of Hollow Knight. You may not realize, but everything gives you feedback with sounds or effects, touching the ground, hitting, jumping, getting hit. These little details makes a lot of difference.
